Helping women heal
from betrayal trauma
BETRAYAL IS A SILENT PHENOMENON ENDURED BY MILLIONS OF WOMEN.
DUE TO THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF BETRAYAL AND THE ACCOMPANYING SHAME IT FOSTERS, IT IS OFTEN LEFT UNADDRESSED.
What is
betrayal trauma?
Betrayal trauma occurs when someone we depend on for survival, or are significantly attached to, violates our trust in a critical way.

Trauma affects us physically, emotionally, and mentally. Its symptoms often go unnoticed or are mistaken for other health problems. Because this type of betrayal causes complex trauma, it is not as simple as having lost trust - betrayal trauma is multidimensional.

HEALING TAKES COURAGE, AND WE ALL HAVE COURAGE, EVEN IF WE HAVE TO DIG A LITTLE TO FIND IT.

Tanya is genuine and compassionate and able to meet you
where you are.
Sometimes in life, we miss-read situations. We know we desperately need help but we don't know where to turn. Maybe we don't know who to trust. In our fear things that might be just what we need may feel scary and awkward. That was how I felt when I first met Tanya. But all that didn't get in Tanya's way. She gently and patiently walked me through the process of beginning my healing journey. It was never about her agenda or her timing. It was all about when I was ready or needed support. I have never felt so cared for. Tanya is genuine and compassionate and able to meet you where you are. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. I have been blessed by her choice to so boldly move forward to change the way we help women heal from betrayal trauma. May God continue to bless her mission.
